Contractor company in Amsterdam requires an office manager Job description & activities In this all-round Office Management function, you take a central place in the day-to-day work at the office. You are the direct support of the management team, you take care of and help them where necessary. In addition to various administrative and secretarial activities, you are also responsible for: Practical support for simple production tasks. Consider: practical matters as well as invoicing and support. Facility organization, such as receiving guests, arranging traveling; flight, cars ect; Agenda management; Requirements: Who are you? You have HBO work and thinking level (education); Experience with Apple Office Software and / or Project Management; Experience with working in an Exact Online System- it’s a pre; At least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience; You are social and representative; You are strong in communication and someone who arranges the 'lot' independently; Fluent in Dutch and English (hard requirement: we have an international team!).
