As a manager you are responsible for:
Finding suitable salesmen who are moltivated and trained by you so that they:
Visualize where they are going, know how to achieve resuls, appreciate the selling process and value costumer service. Salespersons drive themselves to b ebetter today than yesterday. They know their product , follow-up, create opportunitiies and find meaning in their work. If you have the mindset and passion of a salesperson and manager we have an actractive position for you.
Skills:
-Motivated and energic to invest and gain a good income.
-Comfortable with public speaking
- Strong sales and demonstrations skills
-Friendly, respectful and costumer-oriented
-Proper knowledge in English, knowledge of Dutch is a plus
-Result oriented
-Works and collaborates well within a team environment
Education/Experience
-Requires high school diploma
