Languages are not my strong point but I believe Tweede Kamer translates as 'second room'. More specifically it can refer to the upper house of the Dutch parliament or a sitting room. It certainly is a cosy little place with the appearance of wood panelling everywhere.
Tweede Kamer's popularity with the locals dates from the era when hash was king. They still have some of the best hash in town along with many of the modern grass varieties. A few years ago they opened a bigger premises at The Dampkring.
