Bijbels Museum
Herengracht 366 1016 CH AmsterdamBible, art, and culture meet in this is a historic and inspiring museum situated in two canal houses dating from 1662. Aromas and ancient artifacts bring Biblical stories to life for visitors of all ages. The beautiful ceiling of the main hall was adorned with mythological images in 1717, by Jacob de Wit, a notable Dutch painter. The museum also features centuries-old replicas of the temples of Solomon and Herod.

Sundays and holidays from 11.00 to 17.00 pm
Closed on January 1 and March 27.
