Jewish Historical Museum

The Jewish historical Museum is located near the Waterlooplein. Opened as a museum in 1987, this four building complex consists of four synagogues built by Ashkenazi Jews during the 1600s and 1700s. The museum displays the long history of Jews in Holland . To make the museum accessible for children many educative interactive elements have been added in the last few years.
