הצורה של בית הכנסת תוכנן ע"י שני אדריכלים טיירד קאופארס מאמסטרדם ואיי ואן דר ויין מכרונינגן.
הבניין מסמל סוגים שונים של סטייל כאשר החלק העליון של הבניין הוא בסגנון המורי-הספראדי. הבניין ניפתח בפעם הראשונה לקהל בשנת 1906 וב 1952 הוא נימכר ושומש לצריכים אחרים. אנשי העיר כרונינגן מחו בשנות ה 70 נגד ואז הבניין שופץ ובשנת 1981 חזר להיות בית כנסת פעיל.

My name is Dana Rosen and I'm the personal manager of one of Israel's finest woman vocalists, Mika Karni – Kol Dodi Project.
The new show "Kol Dodi" brings to the stage the first ever musical version to one of the world's most beautiful love songs of all time "Shir Ha'Shirim".
The stage is rich with multicultural Israeli musicians and vocalists, giving new meaning to the amazing ancient, holly Jewish psalms.
