The Allard Pierson Museum is the archeological museum of the University of Amsterdam. Egyptology, Greek Mythology, Etruria and Roman artifacts are exhibited in this museum of Mediterranean culture. The collections, dating from 4000 B.C. till 500 A.D., give visitors a comprehensive insight into life in Antiquity

Tuesday - Friday: 10.00 am - 05.00 pm
Saturday - Sunday and holidays: 01.00 pm - 05.00 pm.
Closed the following dates: Mondays, Sundays, New Year's Day, Easter, Queen's Day (April 30), and Christmas Day
